1. BUMAT RPÖ cleaner, plotter, lubricator. Multifunctional device with software and PC connection
2. mobile FILZMOSER cross wire machine, with 2 spacer sorting pots and AH attachment device
3. FILZMOSER steel processing station with:
– Multiline Straightening and cutting machine with bending heads
– Lattice girder storage
– Lattice girder handling unit
– Lattice girder cut-to-length unit with remnant welding unit
– Insertion robot for bars and lattice girders
4. concrete disc with discharge screws
5. vibrating station for concrete compaction
6. BUMAT drying chamber
– hydraulic stacking system
– 2 x 16 pallet stacking towers with lifting device and extension function
7. lifting crane (20 m) with hook gripper
8. outfeed carriage for the finished ceiling elements
9. pallet transverse stopend (shuttering) for the longitudinal rail guide
10. friction wheels, transverse travelling devices, circulation control
11. Production pallets: 40 pieces 2.5 m x 17.5 m
